Olive is carried to the olive scratching machine by an elevator. Due to the special belt structure, the olive scratching machine scratches olives longitudinally. The olive scratching machine can be manufactured to perform one, two or three scratches as per order. Olive is scratched 90% longitudinally. Thanks to the ungradual blade clearance adjustment for bottom and above blades, olive scratching depth can be adjusted sensitively. Olive scratching machine body is completely made of stainless steel.
