This olive surface drying machine is used for drying water on the matured (brined) olives and for preparing them for oil cured olive production. The length of machine determined according to the drying capacity changes the number of the fans that will provide drying. Since the machine ensures the olive surface is completely dried, it allows the olive to covered by oil during the filling process after drying the surface, by this way it helps to extend the shelf life of the olive.
